Instructions

RECOMMENDED METHOD (2 POTS)

What you’ll need:

  • scissors
  • 2 pots
  • colander/strainer

Optional garnishes:

  • knife & cutting board
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 thin slice of ginger – finely minced

Instructions:

  1. Place package in fridge the night before to defrost. Chance of meat overcooking is lower.
  2. Run water over bag with soup and meat until you can feel the package separate from the contents.
  3. Open bag and place contents in a pot. Heat on medium until it has mainly melted then turn heat down to low. At the same time, bring another pot with at least 1L water to a boil (per serving).
  4. Once water is boiling, place noodles in and cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir noodles after 30 seconds to prevent sticking.
  5. Optional but recommended – Prepare garnishes.
    1. Chop green onion and set aside.
    2. Finely mince a thin slice of ginger and set aside.
  6. Once the noodles are ready, strain and place in bowl. Add soup and top with meat and garnishes.
  7. Enjoy!
